 May I be present today approaching this day, with happiness, and the thought of endless possibilities. May I be present and not allow the anxiety of situations in my mind to occupy my thoughts. I look forward to a positive outlook, love and joy.
Feeling grateful
I loved the end of the meditation where you open your eyes on the out breathe and look around. I was meditating on my balcony and was feeling extremely grateful for where I live and proud of myself for achieving my dream of living in this city :)
