I’m leaving the worries behind with meditation
I meditate because I take all my worries away from my body and that’s negative energy and that called burning out energy and I have noticed that when I meditate I feel so relaxed and so calm and so much more at peace and relaxed and then I learn that when I’m not feeling sad anymore I just meditate for fun of it and I just love it and it makes me feel good it’s like yoga that is why I love it so much it’s my cup of tea
