Enjoy an Attention Restoration Meditation at least every 90 minutes at work. Give your mind a self-compassion break so that you can resume work with renewed focus. Put aside the time needed to be full with this meditation and use earphones so that you can block out noise in your environment. After enjoying the meditation, give yourself a few moments to sit and simply “be.” Nature sounds courtesy of listeningearth.com. This was my first non-guided meditation. I was apprehensive but found it empowering to sit with my breathing and acknowledge thoughts and sensations without judgement or being swayed by them. Very grounding.

I would not call this relaxing to listen to more energetic. I listened with headphones this time and it was much much better. I love the sounds of nature.

Thornbills
I enjoy listening to the sounds of nature and find them soothing. I was picking out all the different sounds I heard. Cat purring. Other birds. Something baffled me though. What is making the sound like a small child sounding out vowels. Ah, ah, ah, ah, oohhhhhhh. Not sure if a bird or mammal.

Create a sense of being present.
In closing my eyes and relaxing to bird’s melodies, I can picture heir habitat with me in the midst, sun on my face. Very relaxing.

I will definitely use this at work to center myself and get back on track. Nature works wonders. Thank you for that. :)

Quite nice, but...
Being that it is winter here and the temperature is near zero degrees (F) it was very nice to hear some wildlife. However, this was not soothing to me, as the only place I can imagine hearing that many birds in one place is a zoo. Plus, there was a very strange-sounding, what I imagine was a bird, that sounded like a baby crying or a goat bleating, which really freaked me out!

This was surprisingly nice. I just focused on my breathing; breathing in positivity and exhaling negativity. I also tried to relax my body. Simple, yet effective.

Helpful for winter...
Nice meditation for those who are limited by climate conditions to connect with nature as you recreate using your 5 senses a place of tranquility.

Nature is missed
Living in concrete jungle and human-made busy lifestyles, we get to make time to hear the sounds of nature and remind ourselves that we are mammals, trying to find our way.

Peaceful memories
I so enjoyed spending a few moments listening to the sounds of nature and birds. It brought me back to my own yard, on a spring or summer, even autumn day, sitting in the afternoon enjoying the many visitors that come to our yard. Soothing sounds and memories for me. Thank you!

Taking time does truly restore my inner peace. With guided meditation I can easily go right to my happy place and reconnect with moments in time when I was truly in the moment and mindful of the joy I felt.

Noisy birds
Sometimes flocks of birds singing can sound rather frantic. It was calming at points but this forest was very busy and I found myself focusing on how many voices I heard at once. Interesting!

No words in nature
I didn’t realize this one was going to be no words and just birds and Nature Sounds for three minutes I think I liked it a lot. Not sure how not knowing this was going to happen affected my experience but it’s nice to know this is available should I desire it in the future.

Not all disputes can be taken care of using this method
I learned that once a stressed out person tries to pull you right in to his stress and make you forget all that in which is not your stress but his. And the most important thing is: you have to be aware that the stress that just started accumulating is his energy not yours so if you can stay with him and be a good listener then give him or her tips or solutions on how you both can eject the misery and become happy and content with what you have today and that will pull you both out of it.

Finding stability
I learned despite what you got going on, just continue to put yourself first. People will take you out your character just to see how far they can go.

While the sounds were lovely, it wasn’t what I came for. As a non-paying 40-day streak member, that’s all I get today. I’m feeling like I didn’t really have a session.

springtime Saturday morning
we climbed to our secret hideaway

while she rested her head on my legs
and read her book

It helped exponentially and it even helped other people because I share the love.
You need to look into your future and live in the present it’s more important to live in the present. It’s harder to walk into your past it’s also harder to walk injury future blindly because all you’re thinking about is the past try not to think about those things with your negative dwell on that which is good this saith the Lord!

1st time
I was very confused at first. Not knowing what the experience was going to be like. And the phone placement was completely wrong and not centered so the sound could go into both years for complete immersion. I wasn’t able to connect and relax the way I intended to. There’s always next time.

Noise surrounds us daily yet if you close your mind and concentrate on self and breath you can hear the Music of life. Even silence has sounds and leads to relaxation of your entire body allowing you to pass on good energy. I like to listen to nature. Also sounds of where I am in traffic The wind and more

Birds
On a stormy late summer's day in Devon, England this is wonderful to hear. I would love to go to places and see birds in different forests around the world. I love the noise it's like they're laughing then disappointed at the end. Made me smile. Thanks x
