Today’s meditation will be especially helpful for you if you feel like you’re just going through the motions right now, or maybe feeling a little ho-hum about life, or even feeling like you’re barely keeping your head above water. We can often feel these things because we get lost or overwhelmed with the details of our lives and maybe even a little obsessed with always striving for more, and in the process we can forget that there are miracles all around us...miracles in the mundane. When we take the time to pause, to breathe, to get present, how we see things can completely change, transforming everyday, mundane moments into genuine miracles. So the intention of today’s meditation is to give you the opportunity to really feel how miraculous the mundane is...how miraculous every moment of your life actually is. How miraculous YOU ARE.

Celebrating...
Going through the motions of our everyday life and always striving for more, it can seem like we are a character in the movie, Groundhog Day. Going through the mundane of our lives, we celebrate the big wins in our life, but don’t bother with the small wins. In this eye-opening meditation, Katie reminds us that there are miracles in the mundane. Feeling the weight of my body while sitting on the side of the bed, I brought my awareness to my breath. Taking this pause while focusing on various sensations in my body as well as my breath, I found myself in the here and now. In the here and now, there are no thoughts of yesterday, no thoughts of my upcoming day nor thoughts of tomorrow and I am truly free to enjoy these unique moments. Following Katie’s guidance, I brought awareness to a time where I was going through the motions of my life, but saw a miracle. I was walking my mom’s dog on the same route I’ve done many times before. On our way back, we were walking on the paved path towards the front door. I happened to look down and saw a white feather laying there. Picking it up, I was immediately reminded of my beautiful boy, Montee whom passed a few months ago. Feeling the texture of this feather between my fingers, I felt his presence around me. Pressing pause on this moment of time in my mind’s eye, I noticed the resources I had been given and became grateful for the heavy coat, hat, scarf and gloves I was wearing. I noticed my body was working properly and became grateful. Then, I went back through my entire walk in my mind’s eye and became witness to even more miracles. Filled with gratitude by witnessing these miracles in the mundane, my body, mind and soul became lighter. To become witness to these miraculous moments happening all around us, we just need to remember to take moments to pause and focus on our breath. This pause allows us to change our perceptions. With our perceptions changed, we become grateful for literally everything! Grateful, we can celebrate every moment we are given! After all, when we really think about it, our own life is a miracle and therefore, we, in fact, are miracles! It’s time we celebrate miracles! Who’s with me? Namaste 🙏🏻❤️☮️

Love this meditation!
I feel so much calmer and grateful. Stopping to reflect on the smallest things will open up your mind to how many tiny, seemingly insignificant moments are truly wonderful. I need to do this meditation often to help keep me grounded, especially when I’m feeling down or out of sorts or like the things in my life don’t matter.

Appreciating overlooked moments
We can find gratitude in almost every moment in life. Work, for me, can become robotic at times, but this meditation reminds me that my job is an honor. I can be blessed that I have such a job, that I help others, that I am skilled and counted on! Beautiful meditation about loving every moment of life 🙌

Appreciation for the overlooked
I just love Katie’s meditations. This one is particularly fitting for a Thanksgiving morning and a wonderful reminder that if we pay attention, the seemingly mundane is brilliant.

I'm learning to be aware of those little moments that are indeed big moments. I'm grateful for so many things and people around me. And today, I really needed to listen that "I AM A MIRACLE '. Thank you
