This meditation will help you to reintegrate your mind and body allowing stress and anxiety to begin to dissolve. Please note: If you are struggling with your mental health it's really important to seek professional help. These meditations are not a substitute for that but can be used along side therapy to help to support you. For more on Carla-Jo and her work please see www.carlajo-mindfulness.com

Hands
Aware of the feeling and position is hard to define with words. Taking my focus to think about their position removed me from other thoughts. Practice makes better practice ...

Simple + Effective
This put a blanket of calm over me, and it was just a simple awareness exercise. I will be referring back to this one many times :)

Sunny Day 11-10-17
I learned that I take my hands for granted. This was an excelled, but shot little mediation for me. I am recently healed from dog bite wound on my finger and washing my hands for the first time was AWESOME! I could really feel the sensation the woman was talking about in this meditation. Her voice was drew me in. Thank you, Aura! Happy Day, Everyone!

Focus
I felt like I was training my mind be in a simple state and just focus on one thing, my hands. I felt relaxed and concentrated on focusing on how my hands felt.

Learn to be Mindful
There’s great a difference between being shallowly aware of where your hands are, and being deeply mindful of the small tiny sensations that your hands feel. Once you start being mindful of the tiny things (even for just a minute or two) then that’s a step, albeit a tiny one, into further knowing and acknowledging yourself—a vital aspect of self-care

awareness
existing is thinking, living is awareness. it is imperative to be aware of everything you may be feeling, physically or emotionally, even for just a couple of moments a day. this is how we grow.

Morning
I have mostly meditated later in the day but Morning mindfulness was a great way to start my day. I think before I have gotten into my day.
