I usually get eight hours of sleep at night, but after this mediation I felt like I need a nap. I guess we are lucky because we have a bed to sleep on and the luxury to enjoy that very sleep!

Relaxing but no sleep

This meditation is relaxing and helpful. I have come to realize it's better for me to focus on becoming comfortable and resting. When I don't try to force sleep, it eventually happens more naturally and soon it will become more habitual. I am grateful for all the aid I am receiving in this part of my journey āļøš. I have been learning a lot lately about who I am now and it's been refreshing to feel like myself again š.
