I โค๏ธmy mindful minutes
I was unable to meditate on my own. Experiencing this guided breathing has given me a new sense of release & relaxation ๐ŸŒˆ

I especially like the reminders as I get too tied up in the days activities.

Going through motions at this point
I'm trying to be consistent with my daily meditation but I'm still not experiencing what others seem to experience. I don't get a feeling of relief from my anxiety. It may lessen for a moment but it comes right back full force. I'm not taking any prescription medications as they do nothing but "block" and are a false way to deal with anxiety and depression. I've been down that road before and they only numb me to my emotions. Hopefully at some point, anxiety and depression will lift for good. I don't believe anyone is meant to live with this in their lives on a daily basis.
