Inner Strength ❤️
Dear all, today I found myself reflecting on what have 10 years of regular/daily practice of mindful meditation given me , how has it benefited my life? The first thing that came to me was inner strength. The last ten years for me, like most of us I’m sure, have been filled with the beautiful but also very challenging experiences. Having a daily mindfulness practice has enabled me to feel strong, steady and calm through those times. I just feel so moved at the power of cultivating mindful awareness! So I just wanted to say if you’re a beginner then keep on practicing even on the days where you feel temped not to as it will enrich your life more than you can begin to imagine!
