This Mindfulness of the Breath meditation recording is intended for meditators with experience, as it has less guidance. This helps to create a more spacious feel to the practice, with less time spend listening to guidance, and more time engaged in meditation. However, there is still occasional guidance to help to maintain the focus and qualities of mind that are congruent with the attitudinal foundations of mindfulness.

Today’s Morning Practice
I learned that mind mind was mostly wandering off during this meditation. I would bring it back gently but it would soon wander off. I did enjoy this experience.
