Mindfulness
I am continuing to strive to live in the moment. Not dwell on the past or try to rush my future. Mindfulness helps me to stay in the present moment and focus on it. I find myself more content in the present by not trying to change anything. Accepting myself as I am. Learning to love myself.

I was having short breaths and anxiety attack. Sitting down and meditating helped me be calm again
Mindfulness takes my worries of unknown and my mind gains control of my body. I was able to take slower and deeper breathes.

Mindfulness Growth
I noticed today that when thoughts arose I was much nicer to myself than I had been in the past as I pushed them away and to re focus on my breath.

Resting...
I found I was able to rest thru the entire session without falling asleep or doing much else. My mind seemed at peace without racing anywhere. It seemed just content to rest while she spoke... and now I am going to get a restfull nights sleep for the rest of my body ...😴

Relaxing
I felt softened and soothed. I didn’t know what to expect from the description. It was gentle and not difficult as I assumed.

Falling asleep
I felt very relaxed and even fell into a light sleep. It was a good experience. Much more relaxed than before.

Uplifting
I need to control my thoughts and not let fear run my actions. I can come back to this breath and calm myself before I react.
