I like the observation that when the mind wanders during meditation it either wanders to something in the past or something in the future. I will try to use this today to help me focus outside of meditation, to keep me focused on my task at hand. Namaste

It's okay to feel very stressed out at times
But, I need to work my way to to feeling less stressed. In that particular moment, I felt very stressed but I am calmer. I will feel better when the moment is over and at a resolution but I am glad to know it's normal to not feel completely relaxed at times.

I can let my mind go inward toward a place of muscle and tendon tightness, directing the healing energy of my unfocused breathing to relive and bring relief and healing to that area. Excellent learning experience.

I learned that it can help to identify the physical feelings that go with the emotions and to tell yourself it is okay to feel them, and to work through them with with breathing.

My breathing is jerky today and my stomach is tight. I feel the tightness but it’s ok. Unlike the past I can let go of the stress. My body is amazing!

As a junior in high school I always felt overwhelmed and extremely with papers thrown and piled on me. Thankfully, I had some time to meditate and although I didn’t feel amazing, I was satisfied to find that I am more calm and relax to get a good night sleep for another busy day. :)

This particular meditation wasn’t as relaxing for me as some. I found the ending bell sharp and startling. In fairness, however I am not feeling my best physically so perhaps that is being reflected in my response to the meditation.

I visioned I was sitting by a stream and breathing. It was calm peaceful and each exhale made me feel a little lighter ☺️

Mindfully tuning in allow us to re-establish ourselves into our center, from where the truth about our state of being is found and from where we take honest and mindful decisions. Moreover, tuning with our body sensations as opposed to being stuck into our heads, allows us to release some tensions, immediately perceiving our surroundings with the ancient wisdom of our bodies and helps us reconnect to our femininity.
