We can walk mindfully too! bringing full attention to our bodies as we walk is a great way of calming the mind and learning to be present; for some people it's easier than following the breath.

Feel the ground beneath your feet
Use walking as an object of meditation. Just focus on walking and each step. How does it make you feel? Are some steps longer then others? This was a good one and different from others.
