I can’t fall asleep
I didn’t listen to it yet but I’m sure it’s great! I’ve used aura before and it puts me to sleep and I don’t have to worry about my phone keep going off with aura so it shuts off when done! It’s great

Awareness of thoughts
Are your thoughts coming without your awareness? This happens a lot for me. My mind can be like a run away train. In this meditation he suggests you relax and become aware of your thoughts. I found his voice very relaxing and I was able to just let my thoughts “be”.

Letting go
I have learned that in order for me to calm my anxious thoughts My body needs me to calm down slowly and with each breath once I’m settled to let go of my thoughts. Wether the thoughts are good or bad, fast or slow to just let my mind clear itself even if only for a few minutes. Namaste!!

distracting thoughts
throughout this meditation i could feel my thoughts slowly slip in and out of focus, leading to different moments throughout my day. however during this practice i tried to pull my attention towards his voice to clear my mind from these distracting thoughts
