This is a very simple "mindful" meditation that starts with exploring the breath, body, sound, and landscape of the mind that focuses on effortless awareness. You can start to diffuse the symptoms of anxiety and stress, simply by learning to witness feelings, sensations, and emotions through the seat of the witness.
