Witnessing the breath
Initially I noticed myself trying to evaluate how I was breathing. I was also distracted  by thinking of all of the ways this meditation might be able to help me in my life. I find it hard sometimes to take deep breaths. Consequently, when I meditate, I often overthink trying to relax my diaphragm and free up more deeply. This meditation helped remedy this problem because, unlike other practices I have done, this did not ask for any specific technique. It’s simply wanted you to observe your breath. Additionally, during the life coach say that nobody breathe in a regular pattern helped me not to put so much pressure on myself to breathe deeply. This allowed me to clear my head, and focus on only observing my diaphragm as I breathed . I am grateful to the people who work for this app. Thank you for putting this track together. You have taught me not to overthink my breathing or try to breathe in any particular way when meditating. Thank you also to the community on this app for taking the time to read this post.
