Simply Noticing
Laying down in stillness, I let go of anything to do and observed my body breathing itself. Simply noticing how my belly and chest rises and falls with each inhale and exhale, my body and mind relaxed in this beautiful place called the present moment or the Now. Following Dorothy’s guidance, I brought awareness to my inhale. Simply noticing the cooler air entering my nostrils, I felt the joy of being alive. Then I switched my awareness to my exhale. Simply noticing the warmer air exit my nostrils, this beautiful quality of letting go, of surrendering filled my body. Bringing my awareness back to both my inhale and exhale, I simply noticed the qualities of my breath and the natural pauses between my inhale and exhale. Simply noticing my breath, I am rejuvenated, yet calm. Simply noticing my breath, I feel connected to life. Thanks, Dorothy! Namaste 🙏🏻❤️☮️
