This guided meditation and relaxation will gently lead you back to sleep. Have a few extra pillows with you for extra support to allow your muscles to truly let go and sink deeply into a wonderfully restful sleep. Place a pillow or two under your knees, and an extra pillow at your upper back-neck so your head is slightly elevated. Most importantly, make sure you are comfortable!
