True compassion
I really enjoyed this meditation. How wonderful it is when we practice self kindness and kindness for others. We can't give what we don't have, so we must have compassion for ourselves too. The session is great for restoring love for all when you feel frustrated at yourself or others.

I love that feeling when you reach out planet wide in good wishes. Were it to affect one person then it would be worth it. Would that we all could wish ourselves and each other well. When you send out positive thoughts it goes beyond to permeate our beings and very souls.

Por casualidades del destino todo lo que hice el día de hoy estuvo enfocado a temas de la comprensión del amor. No tanto al amor romántico, si no al amor compasivo. Sin duda eso me ha servido para saber qué lo que será, será. Tal vez no sea tan útil, pero por lo menos es un poco más de alivio. Es un poco más aceptar que mi hipótesis que puedo amar a alguien de una manera tan fuerte, es posible.

Blessings for all
We could all use more blessings and compassion, love, and understanding. I liked that this brought up my Reiki practice and that I can always send this out to the world. Just because it is invisible or only known by me, doesn’t mean it loses its value or positive impact.

It’s easy to wish kindness and ease for myself, it’s better to take time to wish it to my immediate loved ones and people in general, even just for a few moments to remember everyone deserves it.
