In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), we have meridian pathways in our body that act as energetic highways and allow for the flow of energy, known as Qi, to circulate throughout the body. Meridians exist in corresponding pairs and each meridian has multiple acupuncture points along the pathway. In this short practice, we will play with using the breath to move energy, or Qi, along these pathways, one channel at a time. If your mind loses focus, congratulate yourself for your awareness, and bring it back to the object of focus. I hope you enjoy it.
