High Anxiety Day
I learned that even in my highest state of anxiety, that if I take the time... I can even then merge into peace. This was great for me today!
This practice helped bring me back down from a spiraling feeling of overwhelm. I have noticed when I’m in that bad place I hold tension in various parts of my body I wasn’t aware of until I started meditation. Places like my neck, tongue and throat are part of my tension anxiety response. Meditation has taught me to let go, and to release in these places.
