This number has only been increasing, while services are getting more difficult to access. There are things that we can do to support us in our journeys to better mental health. Everything comes back to our minds, the thoughts we think, and the challenges that are unique to us, pushing us to overcome & grow. Focusing on our Mental Fitness with intention & focus, even for a few minutes a day, can begin to reshape our Mental Patterns & stories.
