This meditation is great as both a beginner meditation &/or as a starting point for an extended, self-guided meditation for more experienced practitioners. It is a simple mindfulness exercise, based upon a method of meditation I developed personally called the 3 FARMs (Facilitations of Accommodating Recommendations for Meditation). This method was developed to cultivate & grow a daily meditation practice & is wonderful as part of a daily practice.
