Let us take a few minutes of self-care as we focus on our breath to help us manage days when our energy level is low. During this meditation, we use self-compassion and breathwork to manage physical or emotional discomfort. We allow ourselves to feel uncomfortable emotions. Take 10 minutes to nurture your body, to help alleviate suffering, or to get some rest. The best part was hugging myself. I’ve never experienced it before, never thought to do that. I am a “hugger” by nature, I hug my wife and my children, my grandkids, and never thought to do that to myself.
Not being super productive is okay today. Connecting the dots of some things that seem to trigger me. I may use hyper productivity to make me feel better about myself.
