It's easy to be pulled out of alignment with the awful things that are happening in the world. This meditation is an acknowledgment of you, and despite what is going on at the moment, this sweet planet Earth upon which we are living. This is a deeper acknowledgment, a wiser, kinder, and more compassionate acknowledgment. And you don’t have to do anything, but simply allow the affirmations to do their thing. We start with an introduction to settle us in, a simple practice to get grounded, and then we get to use these affirmations for you and this world we share.
