Breathing in, breathing out
This meditation is exactly what I want when self-doubt rears its head. It is a gentle meditation that will take you back to yourself by breathing in love and compassion for yourself and breathing out the negative feelings from ones heart space (which is my center). Dorothy's voice and pace is comforting and thoughtful, which makes it even better. Thank you. Peace to all.

I learned that we can consciously create a state of peace and tranquility. With each inhale - we have a choice on what we want to cultivate within us. With each exhale - we have a chance to radiate this feeling into the universe.

Informing my insides
I can inform the feelings going on inside that peace is available to me, now, tomorrow, always. It's right there if I will take hold of the moment and harness it. Becoming peace from the inside out.
