Breathing in, breathing out
This meditation is exactly what I want when self-doubt rears its head. It is a gentle meditation that will take you back to yourself by breathing in love and compassion for yourself and breathing out the negative feelings from ones heart space (which is my center). Dorothy's voice and pace is comforting and thoughtful, which makes it even better. Thank you. Peace to all.

Finding Peace
I learned that we can consciously create a state of peace and tranquility. With each inhale - we have a choice on what we want to cultivate within us. With each exhale - we have a chance to radiate this feeling into the universe.

I can inform the feelings going on inside that peace is available to me, now, tomorrow, always. It's right there if I will take hold of the moment and harness it. Becoming peace from the inside out.

My awareness of my surroundings was completely gone and I was engulfed in a peaceful and floating feeling. I felt celestial and important for the first time in a long time.

Like a Switchboard
It’s not often my mind is as quiet as it is now. “Peace” feels like my body is a switchboard. I can’t really feel a body part in particular. But when I choose to feel my fingertips, or my palms, or my heart, or the arch of my foot, I can immediately isolate that place and feel the slight throb of blood flowing through it. I wish I could stay here :-)

This is a nice reminder no matter how chaotic things can get all around me, I can still find inner peace.

Even in a chaotic moment, I can find peace in myself. Through any body part in which I feel tension, I can breathe into this space. This brings about positivity, peace, and change within my body. This is the only meditation in which I have felt genuine inner peace. I’m so grateful for this concept. My, what I difference 4.5 minutes can make.

Today I had a friend join me. They are very anxious without realizing it, it may be ADD. But about 1/3 of the way through they finally gave in and I could see a complete transformation. Today was cool.

The word “deliberately” is key in this meditation. Peace is something we all want to obtain, but we must make deliberate attempts to reconnect to the peace. If we just say we want it with no action, the peace wastes away within all of us. It’s our action to bring it forth within, followed by sharing it outwardly once activated.

When i wake up anxious i can bring forth inner peace with this practice. I have finals, so naturally i feel uneasy and uncomfortable, but this helped calm me internally a bit. Thank you.

I had a lot on my mind... it’s difficult finding peace when your peace is afflicted by some outside dilemma... I’m having difficulty finding the right words to describe exactly. I still found peace but why when in all reality there isn’t any... almost like I choose now not to peaceful but to embrace chaos instead because unfortunately that’s all this world has ever offered me. I once knew a place where whale watching was my everyday endeavor in which I did not have to pay for. Peace hmmmm hard to come by it seems the world is to busy for any peace except for when I’m sleeping perhaps I find some there. Peace I know what it’s like maybe others should strive for some too. Most likely the reason so many people meditate today to escape the cruel reality of this chaotic world we call home. God didn’t do this... GOD is peace is love is our only hope... the closer I get to God the more I can know what peace is like even amongst the chaos but like I said why be at peace when there is none.

It’s a little scary focusing an my heart (it works well for me on its own- I never want to jinx it by thinking about it) but then I was able to shift focus to my ‘heart center’. That felt right and I was able to experience the peace without distraction for a few consecutive breaths, practicing after the meditation ended. Namaste

Lately, I have allowed my internal monologue to drown me. Its waves have become choppier and more turbulent in these times of change, but instead of remembering that I can swim- I have simply been floating. Today, I start taking back control. I will make peace with each moment and refuse to let my external circumstances pull me away from inner peace.

What a soothing, lovely meditation this is! As I felt the inner peace wash over and throughout my being I felt comfort and a gentleness that was made of love. I will definitely be returning to this meditation when I’m feeling a bit low or tired or when my energies feel a bit scrambled since it provides the sort of grounding that speaks to me.
