A significant life change can be difficult to manage and often involves a loss in some form or other. The loss of what is familiar, something or someone we love, the loss of our health, job, or something else we identify with. Although it's only natural to resist change, doing so only makes the process of adjustment that much harder. This meditation gently supports you to release any stress and anxiety you're holding and supports you to hold an attitude of self-compassion and acceptance of 'what is', and move forward with a positive, open attitude.
