My Meditation Advice
The advice about meditation I would love to share with everyone is; at first meditation for people who have never meditated before is fairly difficult because focusing mentally on it can be a challenge but once you get the hang of it and meditate often it becomes easier and very good on your mental health l. I would know because I have add and it was so hard to focus at first and years ago I was at a very dark time in my life because of life events now that I meditate it helped me in so many ways
