Meditating with the Reiki Power Symbol

In this session, you will be guided through a meditation with the Reiki Cho Ku Rei, or Power, symbol. If you are not familiar with the symbol, know that the energy is that of Earth Ki, and allow it to represent itself to you in whichever way comes. The practice is short and can be used as a quick grounding and recharge at lunchtime, or at any time throughout your day.
