Itโ€™s ok to have rough mornings. ๐Ÿ˜Š
I learned thatโ€™s itโ€™s fine to wake up a little groggy and grumpy or tense occasionally. I can accept it. I donโ€™t have to change it. I can close my eyes and give myself love and compassion and kindness. And in doing so, I can find the patience and perseverance to mindfully sit with difficult sensations. ๐Ÿ˜Š
