Relaxing
Wow! This meditation was incredible and I will definitely be adding it to my list of favorites to revisit when I’m feeling tense.
This morning I had to have a blood test. I’ve always had a fear of needles but now with my anxiety this fear has heightened and I was worried about passing out. I had completely tensed up in fear. I proudly got through the blood test but felt felt slightly dizzy afterwards and had to lie down but that made me tense up again in fear of not having control over my body.
This meditation helped me relax every inch of my body and I literally felt the weight lift off my shoulders allowing me to sink into the couch and finally relax after an intense morning.
