Felt fully rested and rejuvenated!!! Sleeped all night right to 6.30!!! Couldn't believe it!!!

Slept well
I started the program per and started listening to session. I did fall asleep fairly quickly. I slept really well and dreaming away. Got up 1 time at 3am for bathroom and again about 8 am. Felt fairly rested!

Totally works!!
I started the session because my mind was full of thoughts and I was tossing and turning. I did have a few more tossing and turning during the session but it totally stopped the racing thoughts and put me to sleep by the end of the session. Highly recommend this one! Thank you!

Distracting music
Dr Liz’s script is great, and I love her voice, but the background music ruined it for me. Too strong of a melody, with involved harmonic progression. Kept listening to it instead of her. :-(
