I started the program per and started listening to session. I did fall asleep fairly quickly.
I slept really well and dreaming away. Got up 1 time at 3am for bathroom and again about 8 am. Felt fairly rested!

Dr Liz’s script is great, and I love her voice, but the background music ruined it for me. Too strong of a melody, with involved harmonic progression. Kept listening to it instead of her. :-(
