Do you ever feel that you don't want to feel how you feel? And did that internal conflict make you feel any better, or did it make you feel worse? In this practice, I invite you to make space for how you feel right now, allowing it to be there. Paradoxically, it's only when we make space for our feelings and emotions that they can change. It's also a much kinder way of relating to ourselves - as a good friend would - kindly and non-judgmentally.
