What would happen if, throughout your day, you only did what was yours to do at the moment? We often feel overwhelmed when we have too much to do. When we think too far ahead and our to-do list seems endless, we start rushing and try to force ourselves to be more productive. But if we become present, and just do our best in each moment, we can allow our day to unfold, effortlessly; moment by moment. Background music: Meditation Impromptu 03 by Kevin MacLeod.

I learned that I do not have to force things to happen. It is worth a try. Might work at least sometimes.
I do not feel we have the same definition of striving. Striving is positive but i understand that i dont have to force anything and everything happens at the right time:)
It was very relaxing to hear her voice. Maybe a little too relaxing for the morning.
Breathe, breathing, concentration is the key, the thing to calm down.
Noticing how my body breathes on its own; whether I notice or not is quite amazing when I really think about it. Taking this time for myself allows me to grow and become. It sinks down into my soul now. I understand why we are encouraged to meditate daily. I really get it now. Everything flows with ease.
A good way of noticing how I always am in the future in my mind while going about the day and never in the present moment
I live too much in the plans I make. I worry about efficiency and getting things done, while wonderful moments pass me by.
