Magical Morning-Staying Grounded
One phrase that stood out to me was โ€œconstant.โ€ The breath is focusing factor that draws the attention away from your thoughts, almost as a vehicle shuttling your energy in a more positive destination. The line โ€œyou have a constant supply of airโ€ stopped me in my tracks. Such a simple, and yet all powerful and life sustaining element, air. Perhaps itโ€™s just my morning excitement, but that subtle reminder gave me an empowered strength to battle whatever comes my way today. Thank you, S

It is Sunday morning and my day is packed with errands and commitments that both fulfill me and could become overwhelming should I think of all there is ahead of me at once. This meditation created the space of calm and balance. Provided clarity and the knowing and wisdom of โ€œone thing at a time. Magical morning
Calm and grounded. This is the last of this series. It was so good! Grounded is exactly where I should be. I'm settling into my normal schedule and it feels so good. I've had some things in my environment lately that I'm not used to. A great deal of noise and unpredictable people. I'm so glad to be back in my groove. Today is a glorious day and I will be enjoying it fully as I move forward. ๐Ÿ˜Š

For granted
We take the smallest yet biggest things for granted. Like our breathing. The earth provides us with life sustaining oxygen and we donโ€™t even really think about it. I need to be more aware of these things and be grateful. We take so much for granted and donโ€™t even realize what we do daily that we need to be thankful for. ๐Ÿ•‰๏ธ

I truly felt calm and grounded, reconnected with my body and inner feelings and sensations. Undoubtedly, one of the best meditations I ever had.
