I like breathing meditation, it helps me more to calm down, to relax, to prepare the day. I like the tempo and the voice.
The sun is so bright this morning. The birds are happy. I am happy. Another magical morning to start my day. Deep breathing is important to calming and soothing the nervous system. Wonderful!
I realized during this meditation that I was judging my own normal breathing and compassionate observation was so helpful.
