I particularly loved this session after a long day at work. It really brought me to a better place mentally, and the delivery was excellent.

Personal safety is more than just physical safety. Emotional and psychological harm can occur even when a person is physically safe.
I was surprised by the emotions that came over me during this short meditation. And the fact I felt relieved the end...
I am learning to love myself, to be my own best friend, to stand by me with love compassion and joy.
Self dedication and optimism
That you can't force people to be as optimistic or constructive as you (yourself) are... but you have to keep your head up and keep moving forward and if they ever choose to bring a healthy and positive mindset to themselves, then and only then can you accept them inside your life
Time for my self
As a busy mommy i forget about my self sometimes and that I need me time this app reminds me to give my self more love at least for a 3 min meditation and relaxation ahhhhhh Feeling good 😊
Day 1 meditation
Today I learned that I can block out thoughts for a little while
I learned that I need to cut myself some slack, even after a particularly frustrating work day such as today. This was a really nice first meditation and really relaxing.
I learned that I am too hard on myself and need to look at the positives as well when I only look at the negatives
Best one so far ☺️
