I learned to take care in self
I learned that I can wind down at night through meditation as to not feel restless
He speaks of several things, I believe, we take for granted. When was the last time we thought of ourselves in this way? It should be a daily experience.
Each and every day, we should be practicing self care in whatever means possible. We’ve all been washing our hands during this time, but we may not know that we can and should be washing our mind as well. Repeating a loving kindness mantra to ourselves is a great way to wash our mind and in this beautiful meditation, Karuna delivers us just that. Becoming settled in my chair, I opened my heart to receiving the loving kindness mantra from Karuna. Because Karuna say these beautiful words three times during the duration of this meditation, I was able to able to pick up the words and begin saying them to myself. Saying these beautiful words to myself, my mind began to be washed in loving kindness. Each and every one of us has to do our part to keep safe during these precarious times. Washing our mind with a loving kindness mantra at the same time we wash our hands throughout the day is a great self care regimen. Try it! Namaste 🙏🏻❤️☮️
