Like my last session, the three attributes of well-being was imagined by me as a radiantly glowing, peaceful floating light. I also thought of my three and possibly only friends, that I have given them to because they absolutely deserve it. :) I had no trouble or shame accepting this light; who wouldnโ€™t want to? Itโ€™s a wonderful gift to achieve to be happy and living your full potential.
