Loving-kindness Meditation is the practice of wishing oneself and others to be happy, content, and at ease. In loving-kindness, the invitation is to send well wishes to yourself and then to others. It is a soothing balm for difficult emotions.
I really enjoyed this session! I think I'll revisit it from time to time to start my day off on the right foot.

So relaxing...
But, now I feel so sleepy and it’s time for me to start getting ready for work! I’m still glad I tried this meditation, this will be a good evening or after work meditation.
