Loving kindness meditation brings out our natural capacity for connection and love for ourselves. It helps us to feel less separate and alone. In this practice we practice cultivating love for two beings that we have a strong connection to (this can also include pets). Then we imagine them showering us in love and we finish by cultivating love for ourselves.  Please note: If you are struggling with your mental health it's really important to seek professional help. This is a nice and gentle session for starting the day with love.

Beautiful meditation to start the day with. I visualized giving loving kindness to my best friend and my husband. In return they gave this great gift back to me. This meditation ends with your hand over your heart giving loving kindness to yourself. May you feel love and peace from within.❤️🙏

I am finally at a place where i feel absolute, genuine love for myself & who i am becoming, as well as who i am to become. I want to give the same loving kindness i easily give to others, to myself. I appreciate this forever journey of self love & showing myself more appreciation. Finally taking time to put myself 1st. In the most loving way possible
