I’ve not been meditating as much as I’ve liked the last few days and I can really notice how important that connection to myself, a spiritual connection and connecting to others is in my recovery. I have been struggling without it.

Sometimes you can sense that suddenly lately you might be saying more harsh words than normal. Step back and think about why this might be. Stress about money, job, mood or pain, depression perhaps? You might try taking a walk to think about how you can change your mood or go to a favorite place where you can take some deep breaths and cleanse your heart. We all need a little more loving kindness in our hearts and lives.
