I’m seriously getting really used to this stuff
I am seriously getting used to this stuff and when I get used to this stuff I noticed that when I meditate and I feel like I am meditate negative things just zapping right away from me and I love that it’s becoming a great thing they say meditate is great idea because it’s great way to be at peace 1. Relax 2. Be calm 3. Be still and know that god’s with you 4. You’re in a peaceful meadow 5. Peace is a blue thing 6. Relax and stay calm is what meditation is all about
