It's so easy to remember the difficult things that happen at the end of the day, but that gives a distorted view and makes us feel negative. It's really helpful to remember the good things that happened too, and appreciate and cultivate gratitude in your life.

Appreciating Good Things
It is so easy to complain and only notice what is wrong in life. I appreciate this reminder to be grateful for even the simple things and focus on gratitude during each day as a means of reducing negative thinking. 🙏🏻

To be thankful towards God. To remember all the Good things he does thank Jesus

It’s very important to embrace the little things in life. And to look back at them and appreciate them.

Just being grateful for ordinary things made me look at my day so differently
Feeling down
Today I’ve felt pretty down and it’s not even my anxiety that’s the issue today. However, it then creeps in and makes me think I’m only sad because I have anxiety, but I’m allowed to feel sad. The day has been rough and all I want to do is cry. This has helped me remember that even though I’ve felt this way today, there are still things I can appreciate from the day and I need to focus on those things rather than the negatives. I cannot get caught up in other people’s negativity as I cannot change the way they think or feel and I simply need to focus on my own happiness.
Good to focus on gratitude
This was a nice gratitude practice at the end of the day, especially when you’ve had some positive things happen.
Daily Gratitude
This was harder for me to do than I thought it would be. It served as a useful reminder to dwell in good things and happy thoughts as much or more as I do the unpleasant or even mundane. I would like to focus on allowing myself to connect with my feelings rather than simply experiencing them without reflection.

This felt so good I love doing this when I meditate it feels like the whole world stops its the best
I learned that you need to appreciate everything around you
Thank you for this. I’m feeling down about life right now but I feel better feeling grateful. That’s the key.
