Oh, I love this! This was a new term for me and I am so glad that I learned it. Look for the glimmers to keep your day bright
Glimmers are those micro moments that bring you joy, happiness, or peace. It is noticing the simple things. When we prime our mind to notice the glimmers, we start to see more throughout our day. When you notice a glimmer, take a moment to fully let that experience sink into body.Stay with the experience for at least 20-30 seconds. Feel it in your body and emotions. Overtime, this will rewire your mind to focus on the good. You will become more resilient, happy, and confident.
