Our inner voice can help us to know who we really are. It can help us find answers when we find it hard to make a decision. In this meditation, the listener is guided through a series of listening exercises to help them get in touch with their own feelings and what their inner voice is telling them. It was over quickly. She directs us to do things throughout the meditation.
