This morning meditation will guide you to listen to what hurts and not be afraid to sit in stillness. Close your eyes and allow yourself to arrive in stillness. Bring your attention to your breath. Let it come softly— just notice. Now gently shift your awareness into your body. Let your shoulders release their hold. Unclench your jaw. Let your hands relax. Soften your belly.
