There's bliss all around us
I think at times it's more than important to be present to the fact that, it takes only small efforts to feel "light"! With this meditation, I came to know that very profoundly! The way speaker says that "there exists lightness in life", makes you really get it! Thank you so much!

This was really lovely. I live in an area where I hear a lot of nature sounds and I often forget to listen to them. Right now the frogs outside and making their lovely noises and I'm appreciating them a lot more.

Another trip to the ER
Every time she’s convinced her symptoms are life-threatening Last time it was her heart this time her brain and every time the tests all come back negative I’ve stopped fighting with the doctors who can tell within a few minutes of examining her that, although her symptoms are real, they don’t add up to anything serious Her mother died unexpectedly when she was 49 She was the one who found her And now she is less than two birthdays away it is completely understandable but how do I help her? “You are not your mother.” I say reassuringly I make other suggestions about how she might improve her sense of well-being and reduce anxiety she disregards them as irrelevant she’s never been one to exercise or meditate or understand that peace comes from within I just reach out and take her hand trying my best to let her know she’s loved that she’s not alone that I understand

I was so busy listening to all the chirping I am not sure what she was saying. Then I sorta slipped in between the layers of calls and melted into one with them. I could feel/hear them fluttering around me and it made me smile! 🙂
