This morning meditation will help guide you to listen to your body and unlock her wisdom. So close your eyes and settle into a comfortable position. Bring your attention inward, And feel the rise and fall of your belly and chest as you breathe in and out. If there’s any pain or discomfort in your body, Go ahead and take a moment to adjust yourself, And then settle into deeper relaxation... If you feel your mind wandering or spinning with thoughts, Just bring your attention back to your breath, Maybe even silently saying, “breathe in,” when you breathe in. And “breathe out” when you breathe out.
