In this meditation, you learn how to go within for answers, for truth as a way of discerning what is right and best for you in any given moment. This is a wonderful heart-opening meditation as well, reminding us of our ability to connect and relate within, and to experience the wisdom of our inner knowing. We begin with an awareness of our sacral chakra since the sacral chakra is associated with the realm of emotions. It’s the center of our feelings and sensations. Opening your sacral chakra allows you to “feel” the world around and in you. As such, it’s an important chakra at the foundation of your feeling of well-being.

Struggled, as it’s the hard questions I need andwered
This lesson focuses on your heart as truth to answer simple questions. I don’t need the fiduciary for those, but rather the deep and harder questions. Not that helpful.
Heart and stomach Intuition
Listening to my Sacral Chakra (stomach) and my Heart Chakra allow me to tune into my true intuition. Trusting my true intuition is the path to my true self. Thank you for this meditation 🧘‍♂️🙏🧘‍♂️ x
Not really my thing
Relating my inner workings to the philosophy of chakras isn’t something I’m necessarily comfortable with nor seeking out. Too much of religion in it for my liking. I know many Christian leaders denounce practices like yoga as “competing religions” and the belief in chakra philosophy rings too close to that for me. At least today. I know that many of these “practices” and “beliefs” are simply relating our feelings to some power other than ourselves, and that’s why they’re treated by some as “competing religions”. This is somewhat uncomfortable for me personally.

I’m such an emotional person. This made teary but so worthwhile. I will continue to do it
Listen to your Heart
I’ve never experienced such peace. It was there all the time. I just had to center myself, concentrate on my breath, and listen to my heart.
